Refried Beans

From April 18, 2011.  The refried beans were in the ITALIAN section of the food store.. with the flag of ITALY hanging over shelves of salsa, taco shells, refried beans and spices.  Meanwhile all the Goya products were in the Mexican section. I know the two flags are the same colors and the flag of Mexico has the eagle in the middle... but seriously?!  This is why I rather shop at Pathmark than A&P...

Stand up

I drew this for my cousin Veronika.  It was her last gymnastics meet ever, and our Uncle Ray wanted to celebrate that with her and her family when they came to visit.  From 100 miles away I was able to contribute to the "gymnastics can help you in your everyday life" poster.

Cute Dog

I ran into this CUTE dog on my NYC journey on May 7th.  The owner was kind enough to let me take some photos.  The dog was the greatest, such a ham, absolutely loved the camera!  I would love to photograph him again in a heart beat.
