1 year ago today
Here is the painting as it stands now... can you spot the difference... or the "sore thumbs" that I still need to work out?
Today is the one year anniversary of my blog!! I can't believe where I was one year ago, both as an artist or as a person! A lot has changed, almost all for the better.
Thank you everyone for reading my blog and by doing so, supporting me and my artistic "dreams" (we can just call them silly ideas).
I hope I have many more years sharing my art with you guys!

Thank You Dad
Today's blog isn't about anything I made, but it's about something my dad made me. I couldn't even to begin to imagine taking credit for this beautiful side table. I love the tapered legs, the arched details and the beveling on the top. After picking out two knobs (the only thing i contributed, and they turned out not to match... yea I'm going to fix that this week), I was able to bring the table back to my apartment last night, and fits in perfectly in my little apartment! The table means so much to me, I can't help but think about him every time I see it.
